After reading A Course in Miracles and Disappearance of Universe (metaphysics texts), I was FLOORED to discover TWV - it is not something 90% of the readers will pick up on without reading those texts first, but this is NOT a story line kids, this is THE story line. I love how sweet Dolores put down in words the basis of everything that we need to know and it is like a giant swoosh over most everyone's head. There are morsels of incredible and unprecedented insight in her books. Thank you Dolores, for all your hard work and perseverance, this will matter to so many in so many ways! We know you are still with us!

This are the answers I have been looking for four a very long time, for years I ask the living creator to show me the way to change the world around me, how do I show love to Mother Earth? I always looked into the universe and stars to hear the answers because I new that the answers were out there.Now I understand the events I have experience during the night when I notice I was been taken somewhere to learn and to participate and do my part in this amazing work I'm part of!

Ever since I found out about Dolores Cannon's work and her books I've been really interested in them. I wanted to see all her videos, meet her, get a session myself and of course devour all of the books she wrote so this was the first one I bought as I identified myself with one of those waves. For those interested in past/present/future life times being altered by our deeds in the current era and how much knowledge is at our fingertips yet hidden by the mainstream media as some sort of occultism, this book and others she wrote are for you! You will feel identified with many things mentioned in it and feel a deep loving resonance with the your heart's true for THIS is not fiction! It's real and it's something we'll experience more and more as time goes by and the veil lifts, thins and vanishes with the old way of thinking.

As a former Catholic and seminarian, I find Dolores Cannon's writings about our existence more sensible than anything else I've read.

I think I preferred reading The Custodians as The Three Waves gets a little redundant, but so far what I've read confirms something I've felt for a long time now but was lacking the proper context. I find this book extremely relevant for what's going on today. I have not read the last few chapters so when I do I'll update.Edit: Finished the book with the exception of reading like 4 peoples accounts, so like a few pages here and there but over all a great book where I found some of the accounts to mirror my experiences giving me more pieces to fit to this curious puzzle. I'm aware that some criticize Dolores for being too blinded by the light so to speak, glossing over that some of these beings may have a darker agenda but I went in with my heart open rather than my eyes whilst reading and much of it resonates. I like the energy of the book and ended it feeling hopeful, empowered and even proud.

This book answered tons of my questions about 2012 and the so-called Shift, Apocalypse, etc. Dolores does not use generic or ambiguous terminology. She straight up tells you what her research has indicated, and it is more explicit than anything else I've come across.Ever since I saw a web video of Dolores discussing the Nostradamus stuff, I immediately trusted her but forgot about her until another author recommended Dolores' book The Custodians. I am glad I read The Custodians and The Convoluted Universe series prior to reading The Three Waves of Volunteers, but I don't think these are pre-requisites. The info in The Three Waves was easier for me to read and absorb. The material is also consistent with other authors' material about the Crystal Children, the Indigo Children, the Star People, etc.There are some formatting issues with the Kindle version, for example there are a lot of quotation marks instead of apostrophes. I (did"t) let it bother me, because the information is solid and I am so glad that we are blessed with a reliable source of information about the big transition.Thanks Dolores!

I'd rather not write a long review of this book -- I simply do not know what to think. For those interested in metaphysics, I should maybe say that it goes (mostly) rather against the books of Dr Michael Newton and Brian Weiss ... It's more about aliens and ET's, and our rather intimate connection to them, which we know nothing about in our daily lives. Dolores Cannon uses a deep form of hynotherapy and gets her information in this way from her clients (or patients). As she could not possibly have made up any of these stories, it remains a deep mystery to the reader ... and whether it's all to be believed. While you read it, you believe it all. Afterwards you may start to wonder ... By all means, read it and make up your own mind. I tend to think the aliens and their worlds really do exist -- after all, what do we know about the Universe? (Or Universes?) We know nothing. Earth is a lowly, harsh planet.

I bought this for my 16 yr old who is interested in game art. He is excited that he has already finished the first task in the book and is thinking about what he's going to do with the next few chapters.The only problem with the book is the CD that comes with it has the old version of the student 3D program on it and we couldn't get a registration key from the website for the older version. We ended up loading the newer version free from the webite, which is great, but some of the button references are different in the new program than how they are explained in the book. He's cool with it and has figured out how to find what he needs. He says the book is very informative and has helped him to understand the 3D art a lot better and he can already see in games how some of the things are put together.This book has been a good buy for us and a good investment in keeping our son interested in learning more about game art.

It is very difficult to not score well, I ground appreciate the hard work of writers. I have not much to say with my bad English.

So far this is a very good book... except the figures inthe book are too small.Eg, "Create a polygon cube of the dimensions shown inFigure XX.XX" is given though the image is so smallthat you can't read the numbers. The sliders are helpfulfor some figures giving a hint at what the number should be.Suggestions as to fix this problem are as follows. Thisfont size problem which if it was present in the firstversion really should have been fixed in this 2nd version.1) Use a magnifying glass but it's still too small toread. You can see things like slider position and vertexposition though.2) Scan a page with 300dpi or 500dpi but the quality ofthe printed figure isn't good enough for you to read thescanned version. And it takes too long to scan at that dpi.3) Put the figure images up on a website like the author'swebsite or publisher.4) Put the figure images on the CD that accompanies thebook. There's probably plenty of room on the CD.But the pros of small figures is that you press everywidget on the user interface relating to the figure...That as compared with just entering the numbers if areadable figure.

I really rate this book, i am a professional game developer and trainer and i just think this book is amazing. It is really good quality, the explanations are clear and it covers all the necessary material as it should be.It is an excellent Maya set of tutorials and is cheap and in full color ( some of the pics are a little small, slight complaint)Only real gripe is that the title is wrong, i would have like to have seen some of the art brought into a game engine. But will give it 5 stars anyway as i like it so much

This book was required in one of my classes. I learned absolutely nothing from the book as it is incomplete and lacks an up to date methods of doing things. If you are thinking about getting this book, don't. There are so many free tutorials online that will give you any knowledge you are looking for.

Sarah Flack is the author of Organic Dairy Production and a nationally known consultant on grazing and organic livestock. She grew up on a Vermont family farm that used management-intensive grazing and mob stocking. She later studied Holistic Planned Grazing and pursued graduate studies on pasture management at the University of Vermont. I love to read, and will state that at the outset. I moreover love to read about one of my undying passions, Sustainable Agriculture in general, and grazing in particular. Sarah Flack’s recently published book, “The Art and Science of Grazing” is an absolute “must read” for anyone interested in grazing and animal agriculture. This book is a comprehensive tome covering all facets of grazing and pasture management for farmers who have beef cattle, sheep, goats, and dairy cattle. It is published by Vermont’s Chelsea Green Publishing company which has a history of producing excellent quality books on a variety of sustainable topics.If anyone was in need of an excellent book to teach a course on grazing, then you need look no further than this book to instill new techniques and knowledge in your audiences. I heartily recommend this edition and rate it with five stars. Why do I rate it so high? Quite succinctly, Sarah Flack has provided a treasure trove of information and techniques based on sound ecological practices, which can support economically viable farming with animal agriculture.This is a four part book with fifteen chapters and several appendices. Part One “Laying the Groundwork” has two chapters; Benefits of Good Pasture Management, and Types of Grazing Systems. Part Two “Grazing from the Plant’s Perspective” has four chapters; Grazing Adapted Plants, Pasture Soil Health, Managing Pasture Plants, and Common Pasture Plants. Part Three “Grazing from the Animal’s Perspective” has six chapters; The Unique Digestive Ability of Ruminants, Ruminant Nutrition from Pasture, Meeting Livestock Nutritional Needs, Grazing Behavior, 100 Percent Grassfed, and Health Concerns. Part Four “Designing and Managing a Grazing System” has three chapters; Pasture Math, Calculating Acreage, Grazing System Design and Infrastructure, and the final chapter, Putting it All Together. These chapters are followed by several excellent appendices dealing with pasture problems, pasture planning worksheets, pasture monitoring, certification programs, and a list of resources.The book is printed on very high quality paper, and is loaded throughout with high quality color photos. Each chapter is filled with the latest knowledge available to support this wonderful and growing endeavor of grazing management. I also found it to be written with flawless grammar, spelling, and editing throughout which is always a pleasure to see.As our agricultural world slowly changes to include more humane livestock husbandry methods, and ecologically benign methods to support those concepts, this book provides knowledge and information for graziers to not only “talk the talk” but to” walk the walk”.In addition to my being an agricultural educator dealing with grazing management for a variety of clientele, I am an active farmer that grazes beef cattle, sheep, and a variety of pastured poultry. My knowledge base has increased a good bit on this topic since reading this book.

There is so much good information - technical information - it is sometimes overwhelming how much there is to know. I am gaining a better understanding of rotational grazing and all the grasses and it's exciting! Thank you!

Based in decades of experience as a grazer and extension professional, this book is a great entry point for new grazers as well as offering much nuance for those who are more experienced.

This is a skinny little book with a slightly larger than normal font, a lot of spacing and some drawings. It has little useful information - even for a zombie apocalypse. For example, an appendix is devoted to the making of hydrochloric acid from chemicals. Now hydrochloric acid (aka muriatic acid) is available from any hardware store and the concept that all the hardware stores have been destroyed yet you have a stash of somewhat exotic chemicals available is a little bizarre. Likewise there is information on rot-proofing and insect-proofing wood. It involves using chemicals which you somehow protected from the roving hordes of zombies even though they stole all of your pressure-treated (rot and insect resistant) wood.There are a few dollars of entertainment value here but the asking price seems too much... and I paid too much.

It is a very overpriced booklet. It has a few decent pieces of advice. It really doesn't have much to do with "chemistry." It's more accurate to say it's a cheap anarchist cook book. Many of the recipes require chemicals that you would not easily be able to make if at all. For "survival" books on bush craft will be more helpful. I recommend books by Dave Canterbury.

Do not buy this book for it is not only lacking in any sort of value, but it is dangerous.>Does this book tell you how to create soap from wood ashes and animal fat? Nope.>Does this book tell you how to purify water in an emergency? Well it sort of does. It tells you how to distill water which most everyone already knows. But then it tells you to chemically purify water using water purification tablets. What do you do if you do not have water purification tablets remains a mystery unless you follow the advice to filter water through activated charcoal. This in an of itself will only work to absorb dissolved contaminants and does nothing, however, for pathogens that will likely be present so this remains a very dangerous piece of advice. Does this book tell you how to make activated charcoal? Nope, so once again you are left without any help. How about the treatment of poo and pee to render your daily waste safe? No help there either. Fertilizer to help your crops grow. Nope.>So what does this book teach you to do? It tells you how to protect wood posts from rotting, but one has to wonder the value of this when you consider the rotting of wood is only of a concern for long term structures and most people are concerned with surviving an initial period when the learning curve for survival is the steepest. Do people really care about ensuring their wooden posts last ten years instead of 5 years? But to make matters worse, it specifies the use of things like copper naphthenate or sodium fluoride (a highly toxic poison). How many people do you know that just happen to have these pure chemicals lying about?>This short, 90 page books spends several pages on how to make explosives. Why? It tells you how to make dynamite by mixing nitroglycerine with saw dust, but who in their right mind would ever have nitroglycerine around since owning it is a crime. Later in the book, the author tells you how to make nitroglycerine, but including these instructions is extraordinarily lacking in judgement for nitroglycerine is a treacherous, shock, friction, and heat sensitive explosive. I know of no professional chemist who would even consider making this for any reason. This book tells you how to make picric acid, but picric acid is just as unstable as nitroglycerine. It also tells you how to make gun powder, but the history books are filled with those who died trying to make it. So why does the author seem to think that everyone needs to run out and start making explosives when the end of the world arrives?>Lastly, this book seems to operate under the assumption that when the end of civilization arrives, you just happen to be stuck in a chemistry lab/stockroom. He details how to make nitric and hydrochloric acids, but to them require the use of sulfuric acid. To make sulfuric acid, you need to start with lead acid batteries and concentrate the electrolyte found within. Lye is extremely important in the making of soaps and such, but nothing is provided on how to make it. However, should you be subjected to acid rain, you can use solutions of analine and potassium chlorate to acid proof your tent and should you need fire-proof rope, you can use a boric acid mixture as a "solution".>As a research chemist with 30+years of experience, I found this book to be less than useless - it is outright dangerous. What this book does tell you is esoteric and will likely never arise in a survival situation while what you should need to know in any survival situation is largely absent in this abysmally short book.

Good information that might be handy in hard times. Excellent information that could make a survival difference in hard times.

It had formulas but little information about just where you would find or make the ingrediants in a survival situation.

Far too brief to be of any real use. If I had been smart enough to see the book was only 59 pages I would never have bought it.
